October Outreach Partner
The October Outreach Partner is the Milwaukee Rescue Mission. Their mission is to share God’s love by caring for those who are poor in body, mind and spirit, to see lives transformed through Christ to hope, joy and lasting productivity. Services they provide cover basic needs of meals, safe shelter and clean clothing; recovery through education, job training, counseling, mentorship, addiction treatment and other long-term programming; an emphasize on strong academics, character development and career preparedness through Christ-centered instruction; and to help equip families in need through community outreach and family programming. Peanut Butter & Jelly Club
Once a month we gather to make 300 peanut butter and jelly sandwiches to be distributed to the hungry in Milwaukee. Click the button below to learn more. Canterbury Crafters Some members of our parish knit and crochet lap robes for hospice patients and those who are ill. They also make hats and scarves for ministries in our area that reach out to people who are homeless.
