A New Worship Opportunity for All Ages

Beginning this fall, we will be conducting our first series of experiments as we discern a new worship opportunity at St. Thomas of Canterbury, and you are invited to join us. We will gather on Wednesday, October 1, 29; and November 12 at 6pm.

This service is casual and welcoming. While it follows the structure of Episcopal liturgy, it’s designed for those who may have a hard time sitting still, whether you’re a toddler or an octogenarian. It’s for people who have have never been to church before, and for anyone seeking a place to belong.

The heart of this service is generous inclusion: meeting people where they are and loving them for who they are. It’s built for interaction, whether you’re moving between prayer stations, hearing the Gospel told in story form, engaging in an interactive sermon, or gathering around the altar for communion. This is a service designed to fill your heart with joy and prepare you for the week ahead.

Bible Petting Zoo

This fall, both our children and adults will be invited into deeper practices of scripture engagement through out formation programs. If you do not have a Bible that you like, are on the hunt for an age appropriate Bible for you child or grandchild, are curious about the various types of Bible translations out there, please plan to join us for a Bible Petting Zoo on Sunday, October 12th!
